The role of Drivers in Nation Building is critical, in terms of Logistics and Transportation it is clearly observed that whatever business it might be private or public, donor funded or not, logistics and transportation are one department that the Organization can’t do without.

For any Organization to run smooth and Economic/profit generating activities to take place, Persons, goods and services must be transported from one place to another. Individuals, goods and services cannot be transported online, via email or text messages there’s therefore the need to pay full attention to how efficient and effective this is done by the individuals we know as Divers that carry out this integral role. They are key stakeholders that must be given special attention, the effectiveness of their roles transcends to prevention of loss of lives and property in the way and  manner they carry out their driving function, their roles are important in quick service delivery playing a major economic role.  

COURSE OBJECTIVES

-Equip the Participants with advanced technical skills associated with their job roles

- Imbibe in the Participant team building culture needed to become effective in the display of their roles

- Motivate the participant in line with clear understanding on the importance of their roles thereby fostering Passion and commitment to their job

- Make the Participant see how integral their job function is to their personal success and Organizational success

-Equip the Participants with advanced defensive driving, preventive maintenance service speed limit technology

- Protect the image of their organization by improving public perception of their good defensive driving practices
